The hotel is clean and incredibly beautiful. The room is charming, with 2 separate beds and a nice shower. Smoke detectors are provided for guests' safety. The staff is courteous and friendly. The location is perfect, within walking distance to attractions and the center of Kumasi.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with available parking and security at the gate. the staff at the hotel were professional, friendly, and eager to be of service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with complementary bikes available for use. the breakfast offered was good and cooked-to-order, and the hotel also had a restaurant with lunch and dinner options.
The selection of fruit juices was very limited, and there were frequent power cuts throughout the day.
